Good food and good music have long been a winning combination so it was no surprise when Sheba turned from the viola to the venison and decided to make food her raison d’être. Since graduating from the prestigious Leiths School of Food and Wine in London, Sheba has been busy cooking for Michelin star restaurants, Hollywood stars and glossy leading publications.

She draws on a wealth of knowledge of many different cuisines (Persian is a particular heritage favourite) and experience from working in a rich variety of settings.

Sheba is devoted to deliciousness and can create anything from elegant canapés to satisfying ladles of rustic home cooking.

Furness Fish Markets Limited are the guys you’ve seen down at Borough Market with all those glorious fish on display. If you haven’t been yet, you must! They’re open Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

Tayshaw Ltd provides our scrumptious vegetables and on Fridays and Saturdays you can witness the spread yourselves on Druid Street, just around the corner from Maltby Street Market.
