Since graduating from the prestigious Leiths School of Food and Wine in London in 2008 Sheba has been busy cooking for Hollywood stars, Michelin restaurants and glossy leading publications.
She draws on a wealth of knowledge of many different cuisines (Persian is a particular heritage favourite) and experience from working in a rich variety of settings.
With over 5 years of event experience Jodie is the person who will make your event run as smooth as Sheba's chocolate ganache. Jodie has managed a huge variety of events, from Christmas parties, drinks receptions, book launches to charity auctions, conference dinners, weddings...the list goes on! Seeing our clients get the best possible event with the best possible food and the best staff is what makes Jodie's role at Local Sauce such a special one.
